The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes about 4-7 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 10–45 business days depend on the country. US orders are shipped by e-packet. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 45 days to arrive at their destination but can take shorter or longer from time to time.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. Our Customer Care team will look into it and respond within 24 hours from Mon-Fri.

Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

 

Other Shipping Notes

For international orders (and in rare occasions, US/Canada orders), delays can occur in-transit or holds at the local customs office so it's possible to take up to 6 weeks for an order to be delivered.

Tracking information isn't available for every country and can delay in updates. Please refer to the estimated timetable above from your order date to find out when you can expect your order.

Additional fees, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Zuperstuff.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 10-30 business days for your order to arrive to the USA/Canada (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 10-45 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

WHY THE DELIVERY TAKES THIS LONG?

We use the most economical shipping method to ship our products so we can offer a better product price to our customers.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with registered mail. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
