How can I pay?

Your order from MerchExx.com can be shipped just about anywhere in the world. On the delivery page you can see which countries we ship to.
Where does your product ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from China. We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as each factory specialists in specific area of manufacturing and ship items separately.
How much do you charge for shipping to my country?
At this moment we are providing Free Shipping Worldwide based on standard postal shipping. If you want an item to be shipped by courier such as FEDEX or DHL, please contact us before ordering.
What should I do if I mistakenly entered the wrong address?
The best thing to do is to send us an email at MerchExx.com. If the order has not been packaged and shipped then we can correct it. In the case where order has already been shipped, there is nothing we could do about it.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly state your order number when contacting us. Then we can find the best solution for you.
How long does it take to receive an item I ordered?
We send all packages from China. So id depends which country you ordered from. For North America and Europe typical Order processing time 4-7 business days. And estimated delivery time is 15-30 days. For other countries it usually takes 15-30 days to receive the product.
Do I have to pay custom duty or other charges in my country on my order?
We do not know about it if the Customs in your country imply duty or other charges on the product you ordered. You should check with your customs department before ordering.
Do you charge sales tax on your product?
All our prices are including sales tax.
What if I don't receive my product or receive a defective product?
We give Full Refund if you don't receive your order or if your product is defective.
What if the product I receive is not as described?
We give Full or Partial Refund (depend on the product), if the item is not as described.
How do I return a product?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your order number. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will reply with instructions on return procedure. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How long does it take to get a refund on the product I returned?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
